1. Services Provided

Top End Advisor offers Power BI training, customized solutions, strategic consulting, and data analytics services. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Payment and Billing

  • All payments must be made as per the terms outlined in the invoice.

  • We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other agreed payment methods.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension until payment is received.

  • Any taxes or additional charges imposed by financial institutions shall be borne by the client.

 

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content, training materials, and solutions provided by Top End Advisor, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are our intellectual property.

  • Clients may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials provided unless explicitly authorized in writing.

  • Any custom solutions developed for a client remain the intellectual property of Top End Advisor unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements when implementing our solutions.

  • Misuse of our services for illegal or unethical purposes is strictly prohibited.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet all client expectations.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered.

 

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before a training session or consultation are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before a scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Custom projects and consulting services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

 

8. Confidentiality

  • We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose private or proprietary information shared with us.

  • Both parties agree to protect confidential data and not share it with third parties without written consent.

 

9. User Conduct

By using our website and services, you agree not to:

  • Transmit malicious software or harmful content.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data.

  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.

  • Violate intellectual property rights or distribute unauthorized copies of our materials.

Violation of these terms may result in termination of services and legal action.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Top End Advisor concerning our services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
