Procurement Services Dashboard

A Procurement Services Jira Management Dashboard was designed and implemented for the Department of Corporate and Digital Development (DCDD), leveraging the NTG-standard Power BI reporting template and integrating data via Denodo. The solution optimized dynamic dataset management, improved data flow, and implemented robust role-level security (RLS). The dashboard is shared across multiple government agencies, enabling each to securely manage and monitor their own procurement workflows. This centralized yet segmented approach enhances transparency, supports operational efficiency, and delivers actionable procurement performance insights tailored to each agency’s needs.
