NLC Caring For Country
An analytical framework was developed to operationalize the NLC’s Conservation Standard Adaptive Management methodology by integrating multiple data collection tools—Miradi, Airtable, SMART Conservation app, iAuditor, and Garmin InReach—into a unified Power BI environment. Power BI Dataflows and reports were designed to automate data refresh and deliver timely, actionable insights. To further support strategic planning, a Planner Export Paginated Report was created using Power BI Report Builder, enabling managers to consolidate and streamline their reporting from diverse data sources for mid-year and end-of-financial-year reporting. These reports are exportable to PDF and Excel, providing a critical resource for all stakeholders. This integrated solution enhances transparency, accountability, and evidence-based decision-making through comprehensive quarterly and annual evaluations.
