Partnered with the Department of Corporate and Digital Development (DCDD) to design and implement a Power BI Paginated Report solution for the Election Commitment .NET Application, replacing the legacy reporting system previously used by the Department of the Chief Minister (DCM). The solution included the development of nine detailed paginated reports, optimized SQL queries for efficient data retrieval, and the deployment of a dedicated Power BI Report Server. This upgrade significantly improved report accessibility, consistency, and performance, enabling more effective decision-making and streamlined monitoring of election commitment progress.
